  • Project Status indicates the ongoing phase or progress of the client’s service request.
  • Revision refers to a client-requested update to previously delivered project work.
  • Support means communication or assistance provided by our team during and after delivery.
  • Quality Assurance Department is responsible for reviewing deliverables before final submission.
  • Verification Process is the method we use to validate client identity and project details to prevent misuse.
Payment Policy

Payments are accepted via online banking and credit/debit card. Other methods are not preferred. DeepTech Ltd ensures secure, encrypted transactions and invoices clients based on the agreed scope and timeline.

Revision Policy

Reasonable revisions are offered to correct any issues based on the original brief. Revisions that introduce new functionality or change the scope may incur additional charges and timeline adjustments.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following circumstances:

  • The client cancels the project before execution begins.
  • We are unable to deliver the agreed services due to internal limitations.
  • The delivered work fails to meet core specifications, and the issue is not resolved within the revision window.

All refund claims must be made in writing and will be reviewed by management.
